Your tasks

Carrying out regular inspections to check the condition of the building for damage Maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities and technical installations, including sanitary and mechanical systems Ensuring the proper functioning of the building technology (heating, air conditioning) Ensuring cleanliness and order in and around the company premises Simple maintenance of green areas, lawns and the company parking lot Carrying out minor repairs to buildings and facilities Maintenance of tools and equipment

Your profile

Completed training as a plumber and experience in caretaking / building maintenance Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of technical systems and equipment Understanding of safety regulations and procedures High level of independence, problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work Good communication and teamwork skills and a high sense of responsibility Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work in emergencies and outside regular working hours if required Fluent written and spoken German
