This person who will be integrated into a team of three senior people is expected to have:



An ability to define and monitor a portfolio of transformation projects including organisational deployment projects, dissemination of working methods, the establishment of new directives and the integration of entities. An ability to monitor and report on project progress against deliverables, in terms of risks, impact planning, identification of dependencies, resource requirements and budget consumption. An ability to monitor and report to a transformation committee made up of senior members of the executive with an ability to synthesise and graphically formalise presentations. Knowledge of financial controlling approaches, particularly applied to projects and IT functions. An ability to lead independent projects or missions.


The mission takes place in French with interactions in German.



You have a master's degree from HEC, HEI, EPFL. You have experience at manager level in a consulting or auditing firm (> 5 years of experience). You have writing skills in French, you have operational knowledge of German and are fluent in English. You have a spirit of synthesis and a capacity for formalisation to put together your presentations. You have the seniority to interact at a general management level. You can ensure mobility 50% of the time. * You have a Swiss passport, or a C permit, a domicile in Switzerland.
