Expert (SME) in complex client contract processes? If so, the POC Admin - Associate
Controller for our Principal Operating Company could be your perfect fit! It will be a temporary employment contract for 9 months.
Qualifications
About the role:
In this crucial role, you will play a dual role. You will be a key member of the revenue cycle team,
focusing on maintaining strong internal controls for POC contract mgmt, billing, revenue
accounting, month-end close, and collections.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:

  • Contract management
  • Manage POC contract review and signature processes, approx 100 contracts per month.
  • Manage relationships and communications with Tax / Administrative offices for
  • obtaining tax certificates or other needed documentation for client contracting purposes.
  • Support internal and external audits.
Revenue Cycle & Controls:
  • Support tasks related to billing, revenue recognition, collections, and month-end closing activities.
  • Analyze and reconcile data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support the development and implementation of internal controls for revenue cycle processes.
  • Participate in testing and monitoring of existing internal controls.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Google products is a plus.
