Key Responsibilities

1. Asset Allocation & Investment Selection

Monitor global markets and asset classes, with a focus on equities and structured products.

Review and analyze daily market updates, macroeconomic trends, and research publications.

Source investment ideas through fund managers, research providers, and professional networks.

Evaluate and track performance of funds in the approved investment universe.

Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses of funds used in model portfolios.

Continuously update and refine the approved equity list.

2. Investment Selection & Monitoring

Manage and cultivate relationships with external fund managers and product providers.

Assess and recommend structured product opportunities.

3. Crescendo Global Strategy & Investment Committee

Actively participate in monthly Investment Committee meetings.

Present equity strategy updates and support idea generation for model portfolios.

Assist in drafting and defending investment cases.

Support the Junior Portfolio Manager in preparing investment presentations and materials.

Ensure implementation of Investment Committee decisions in the PMS system.

4. Portfolio Management

Participate in weekly portfolio management meetings.

Contribute to both discretionary and advisory portfolio management: asset allocation, trade execution, and risk management.

Oversee operational risk related to portfolios.

5. Operational Oversight

Conduct post-trade controls and resolve pricing or trade discrepancies.

Coordinate with custodians to resolve pricing issues.

Assist the Middle Office Analyst with reconciliation and account-level checks.

6. Client Services & RM Support

Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) in client acquisition by preparing proposals, IPS documents, and portfolio analyses.

Provide dashboards, performance reports, and investment insights for RM use.

Participate in client meetings when required.

Support value-added Family Office services when applicable.
