Your responsibilities will include:
Support laboratory team with expert analytics to ensure efficient and compliant lab operations
Review and approve analytical data in alignment with GxP and HSE standards
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of drug substances and products
Organize and interpret complex data using diverse instrumental technologies
Lead method transfer and optimization initiatives across projects
Manage equipment qualification, calibration, and breakdown resolution
Prepare and execute equipment qualification plans for new technologies
Report technical complaints and adverse events within 24 hours of receipt
What you'll bring to the role:
Work Experience:
Completed doctoral degree in chemistry, biology, or pharmacy (completed within the past 2 years)
Proven experience in analytical techniques and laboratory operations
Strong understanding of GxP and HSE compliance standards
Proficiency in instrumental analysis methods (e.g., HPLC, GC, spectroscopy)
Skills:
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Experience with equipment qualification and calibration processes
Languages :
Fluency in English; German is a plus
