Your responsibilities

-------------------------


Modelling specificity in TCR/KIR interactions with peptide-MHC complexes Writing articles Presenting results internally and in conferences Teaching for the courses of Prof. Gfeller

Your qualifications

-----------------------


PhD in math/physics/computer science/computational biology Programming skills Experience with analysis of protein sequences Experience with analysis of protein structures At least one first-author publications
