The development of serial crystallography data analysis pipelines at SwissFEL and the SLS 2.0
Assist in the development of the Xtrapol8 software suite in collaboration with Dr. Elke De Zitter, Dr. Nicolas Coquelle and Dr. Jacques-Philippe Colletier in the DYNAMOP Group at the Institut de Biologie Structurale (IBS), Grenoble
Perform pump-probe experiments at XFELs and synchrotrons with the aim of defining best practices in data collection methods
Assist the development and maintenance of Cristallina devices and software related to SFX measurements
Assist Cristallina users to conduct their experiments
Your profile
----------------
PhD degree in natural sciences
Proficiency in python and/or other coding language
Proficiency in handling and analyzing large datasets
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience in serial macromolecular crystallography at synchrotrons and XFELs is an asset
Experience in protein handling and crystallization is an asset
Communication skills in French and German are an asset
