Practical Trainee


Join Sonova's Global Key Account Management team and gain hands-on experience supporting our strategic partnerships worldwide. As a Practical Trainee in Global Key Account Management, you'll work closely with account managers to drive customer success and help deliver tailored solutions that strengthen our relationships with major clients across the globe.


Key Responsibilities


Support to the management of Sonova's international key accounts: various operational and reporting tasks such as handling customer's requests and inquiries, providing product and marketing information as well as statement of accounts, organizing customer trainings and business meetings, sales and performance reports etc. Assistance with various key account management related tasks such as KAM seminars and KAM assessments and improvement projects. Support in preparing PowerPoint presentations for the VP of Sales, international key accounts and the key account managers Planning and execution of own projects with Sonova's group companies and/or within the Sonova Corporate Sales team
