Job Description

Are you a seasoned product leader with deep expertise in commodities and derivatives? We are looking for a senior consultant who can combine strategic thinking, domain knowledge and a product mindset to drive impactful outcomes for our clients. This role offers the opportunity to shape innovative product initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage emerging technologies such as Generative AI.

Responsibilities

Define product vision and roadmap in collaboration with senior stakeholders, supported by market research and domain insight Identify trends, opportunities and challenges in the industry through targeted analysis Develop and present business cases for new product initiatives including financial projections and ROI Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure alignment between product specifications and client requirements Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring iterative value delivery to clients and business Guide clients in maximizing the value of the product and continuously improve the offering through feedback Support business development through domain expertise, professional network and cross-practice collaboration Promote the use of Generative AI in both business use cases and the software development lifecycle

Requirements

10+ years of product management experience with strong focus on commodities and derivatives Proven success in developing and launching products in the specified domain Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments Established relationships within the domain and ability to leverage them for business growth Experience in consulting or client-facing roles, including digital strategy and product coaching Working knowledge of Generative AI applied to both domain-specific use cases and SDLC Fluent in English and French
