Your Tasks


Work with cross-functional teams including suppliers to design, certify and bring to the market product enhancements and options for the PC-12& PC-24 Identify product opportunities and recommend projects Distinct leadership skills supporting lateral management and active deputy function for the Director of Product Management Lead market analysis and competitive benchmarking to define and maintain product strategy and roadmaps Manage baseline aircraft and options definition and oversee pricing strategy with margin optimization Coordinate engineering inputs and project budgets, as well as collecting inputs and ideas supporting innovation and preliminary project investigations (PPI)

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or Aviation Minimum 8 years of experience in product management or program leadership Good understanding of the Business Aviation market Fluent in English; German is a plus Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, good negotiation skills Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills
