\\n Working as a core member of the Grandes Familles team, the individual will primarily provide top quality support for one senior private banker making an active contribution to our team success.\\n

\\n The individual is expected to have a client-centric approach, develop a thorough understanding of our firm\\xe2\\x80\\x99s value proposition, and cultivate close working relationships.\\n

\\n Your role :\\n
\\n
  • \\n
  • Support Senior banker in the administration and management of UHNWI\\xe2\\x80\\x99s client book on a daily basis.\\n
  • Contribute to maintaining and improving a very high quality service in a challenging UHNWI environment (i.e. multi-jurisdiction, complex structure, sophisticated investments, demanding clients).\\n
  • Thanks to strong skill sets, prepare and support the production of frequent tailored/ detailed clients\\xe2\\x80\\x99 presentations and reporting.\\n
  • Collaborate with bankers assistants in our admin. remediation - ensuring compliance with all our internal operational duties.\\n
  • Team-up regularly and efficiently across all our organization mainly our investment solution, risk management, operations, wealth planning, compliance, and legal teams. Develop a high level of competency on bank offerings.\\n
  • Ensure that the quality of information delivered to clients meets high standards (meeting restitutions, information input into CRM, etc.).\\n

\\n Your profile :\\n
\\n
  • \\n
  • Bachelor degree\\n
  • Excellent level of English and French (written and oral).\\n
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.\\n
  • Intellectual curiosity - Strong analytical skills - Excellent attention to detail.\\n
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.\\n
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication skills and ability to communicate concisely;\\n
  • Strong interest in investments, with a solid understanding of core asset classes.\\n
  • CWMA compulsory or to pass within 6 months.\\n
