Key responsibilities:
You will work in the area of sterile filtration, sterile filling, and pasteurization within production and will be integrated into a team of other Operational Support Scientists. You can expect a varied range of tasks and a well-functioning, friendly team. The department also offers opportunities for further development if you are suitable and interested.

• Creating, revising, and reviewing manufacturing processes, work instructions, and other GMP documents
• Participating in projects in the department
• Supporting the definition of corrective actions (CAPAs), their implementation, and follow-up
• Participating in continuous improvement (CI) projects or initiatives
• Compiling and evaluating electronic data
• Supporting the management team in operational tasks within the value stream
• Assisting in the processing of process deviations (conducting investigations, writing reports, etc.)

Requirements:

• Completed degree in natural sciences (e.g., pharmacy, chemistry, biology) (university/technical college)
• Ideally, initial professional experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or food industry and in the GMP environment
• Independent way of working, quick comprehension when dealing with new topics
• Ability to tackle several tasks at once and maintain an overview in hectic situations
• Proactive personality who knows how to deal with uncertainties, question existing processes, and contribute suggestions
• Team player who communicates clearly and openly and actively involves stakeholders
• Business fluent German and very good English skills (spoken and written)
