Job Description

Tasks
We support the Operations Division by providing a holistic process management approach and supporting overarching Operations initiatives.

  • Drive process improvement: Plan, facilitate, and follow up on workshops; analyze and redesign processes; develop methods to measure change impact
  • Advance process management standards: Develop and maintain tools, methods, and related training programs
  • Ensure process quality: Model processes in line with internal standards and tools (e.g. ProX)
  • Foster a strong process culture: Design exchange formats and promote Process Excellence across the organization
  • Manage key interfaces: Maintain relationships with departments (e.g. Flight Ops, Ground Ops, Crew Training, Operations Steering), support cross-functional initiatives
  • Strengthen operational capabilities: Develop and manage Operations knowledge training, enable cross-functional learning across the organization

Requirements
We are looking for an open-minded, self-motivated, and flexible aviation enthusiast with an engaging personality, someone who thrives on driving improvement initiatives by actively involving stakeholders at all levels and applying their expertise and experience to create meaningful impact.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, or comparable professional experience
  • Proven experience in process management
  • Solid understanding of IT tools and their application to improve process efficiency
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Proficient in designing and facilitating workshops
  • Experienced in coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, with empathy and a proactive mindset
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with an operational airline environment is an asset
