Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise and support in microbial USP processes, ensuring the seamless execution of projects from clinical to commercial biomanufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Apply high attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve any manufacturing challenges, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
- PhD or Master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s Degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field).
- Significant professional experience in Process Expert or similar position in clinical and/or commercial biomanufacturing, preferably in Microbial USP.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in cleaning topics related to Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing in multipurpose facilities (risk assessments, validation) would be an advantage.
