What you will do:

Maintain cleanroom management practices Provide expertise for assigned manufacturing processes and projects Support validation and qualification with accurate documentation Update and manage standard operating procedures and batch records Analyze data to improve processes and resolve issues Ensure inspection readiness and support audits Execute batches safely, on time, and in compliance

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, Pharmacy, Biology, or equivalent (Master's preferred) Experience in aseptic drug product manufacturing Knowledge of GMP regulations for sterile drug products Experience with new production facility ramp-up Strong teamwork and communication skills Flexibility to adapt to changing demands Fluency in German and English
