Process Optimization Intern (6-month contract) - GPC

Position Overview:



We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Optimization Intern to join our team for a 6-month term. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our processes, creating templates, sorting, and interpreting available information, and gathering requirements for a solution configuration tool aimed at shortening the time to quote and optimizing pricing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


Assist in the optimization of business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Create and maintain templates for various business needs, specifically on processes Sort and organize data to make it available for diverse queries.
Support with the full-blown implementation of our Global BPM tool

Map processes and translate them into BPM tool

Assess current process performance and sketch improvement plans

Initiate a dashboard focused on BPM

Collaborate with different BU's & departments to ensure alignment and effective communication. Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.



Requirements:


Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business Administration, or a related field. Technical background would be an advantage Project Management skills Lean Six Sigma skills (preferably Green belt level) Fluent in English Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
