Operative Unterstutzung: Unterstutzung der Produktionsmitarbeiter bei der Ausfuhrung komplexer Fertigungsaufgaben, Gewahrleistung eines reibungslosen Arbeitsablaufs und Einhaltung von Prozessstandards Prozess-Ausfuhrung: Selbststandige Durchfuhrung von Produktionsschritten in Ubereinstimmung mit detaillierten Spezifikationen und Reinraumprotokollen Prozessdokumentation: Genaue Aufzeichnung von Prozessparametern und Durchfuhrung von Qualitatskontrollen zur Gewahrleistung der Produktintegritat und Ruckverfolgbarkeit Kontinuierliche Verbesserung: Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsubergreifenden Teams, um Moglichkeiten zur Prozessoptimierung zu identifizieren und effektive Losungen zu implementieren Schulung & Mentoring: Unterstutzung bei der Einarbeitung und Schulung neuer Teammitglieder, Weitergabe bewahrter Verfahren und Forderung einer kollaborativen Arbeitsumgebung

Bildungshintergrund: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem technischen Bereich oder einschlagige praktische Erfahrung in einer Produktionsumgebung Branchenkenntnisse: Vertrautheit mit Halbleiterfertigungsprozessen ist ein Plus Teamgeist: Starke zwischenmenschliche Fahigkeiten und eine proaktive Einstellung zur Teamarbeit Flexibilitat: Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und arbeiten unter Reinraum Bedingungen. Your background

Educational Background: Completed vocational training in a technical field or relevant hands-on experience in a production environment Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes is a plus Team Spirit: Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to teamwork Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to the demands of a cleanroom setting Fluent in German (C1), English (B1)
