collaborative and strategic Procurement FP&A Manager

to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to

shape financial decisions that drive global healthcare innovation

What You'll Do

Lead with Insight

+ Consolidate EPD Direct Procurement P&L (COGS/PPV) for plans and LBE's.
+ Track monthly actuals vs. plan/LBE targets.
+ Prepare monthly reports for senior leadership.

Analyze & Innovate

+ Conduct material purchase spend analysis.
+ Develop annual standard cost calculations and analytics.
+ Provide product cost data for commercial planning and new product introductions.

Ensure Compliance & Drive Improvement

+ Maintain adherence to corporate and local procurement policies.
+ Support gross margin improvement initiatives through reconciliation, target setting, and pipeline management.

Collaborate & Influence

+ Partner with Direct Procurement leadership to provide financial expertise.
+ Support controllers across sites in achieving procurement targets.
+ Consolidate RLBE submissions and review site variances.

Lead Projects

+ Engage in purchasing and costing-related projects that make a real difference.

What We're Looking For

Education:

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
+ Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is a plus.

Experience:

+ 4-7 years in Finance, ideally in a multinational environment.
+ Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
+ Project management experience.
+ Strong skills in financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis (preferred).
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
