We are looking for a

Procurement Specialist 60% (m/f/d)

at our location in Fallanden.
Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:
Perform Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) activities in line with supplier management requirements. Monitor the entire supply chain within the assigned purchasing area for designated suppliers. Ensure accurate data maintenance in SAP and Smart Buy systems. Participate in handling supplier part complaints in collaboration with the Quality Department. Support in obtaining and evaluating quotations from suppliers. Prepare for goal-oriented negotiations leading to final supplier nomination. Optimize the supplier portfolio within the defined material group. Act as the contact person for implementing and executing the sourcing strategy within the commodity strategy for certain suppliers. Contribute to the definition and implementation of purchasing processes. Independently manage and support material cost?reduction projects, such as: + Supplier changes
+ Introduction of new product technologies
+ Material modifications


Qualifikationen:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 1- 2 years of professional experience in procurement or related field. SAP Module MM MS Office (advanced proficiency) Strong ability to manage conflict situations effectively. Able to quickly adjust to new situations. Excellent analytical skills, assertiveness, and a proactive approach. Strong team player with effective time management skills. Solution-oriented mindset for problem-solving. Language skills: + English and German (minimum C1 level).
