As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a key product, helping our users troubleshoot digital experience issues.

Working with an empowered cross-functional product team, your mission will be to:

• Come up with viable and valuable solutions to solve our customer\\\'s problems.\\n
• Work with product designers to ensure that the solutions are usable and with engineers to ensure they are feasible.\\n
• Set the product strategy and roadmap that will generate the best value for our customers and build alignment across Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Technical services and Management.\\n
• Be the subject matter specialist and evangelist for your product internally and externally. This means acquiring deep knowledge of the market, the users and customers, the data about how they engage with the product, the competition and the industry trends, and sharing this knowledge extensively.\\n
• Attend the usual Agile ceremonies and manage the usual product operations with the teams in charge: backlog management, prioritization, documentation, release notes, trainings\\n

• Master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.\\n
• This is a complex product requiring strong technical knowledge and basic knowledge in data analysis.\\n
• Entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven.\\n
• Experience as a product manager in a software company, ideally B2B.\\n
• Extremely passionate about solving challenging real-life problems.\\n
• Proven ability to engage, communicate and present to various stakeholders such as engineers, designers, company leaders and customers in a constructive and collaborative relationship.\\n
• Professional-level English, spoken and written.\\n

Nice to have:

• \\n
• Experience with using or building monitoring products (for instance, APM or network monitoring tools).\\n
• Strong analytical skills or experience in data analytics, data science or data modeling.\\n
• Experience building AI-based products or knowledge in the AI domain.\\n
• Knowledge about how IT works in enterprise-size companies and common IT issues.\\n
