Job Description

Join our team in Haag and help shape our future Product Management agenda in the Dental business segment.

In this role you will be accountable for:

• Develop & implement the vision & commercial strategy for the Dental product portfolio
• Support segment market research activities through customer & end-user interaction
• Support the segment three-year strategy and setting of annual breakthrough objectives
• Champion the channel to market strategy
• Manage product roadmap, lifecycle strategy and portfolio simplification
• Initialize product development within the market segment: Lead concept development projects and support resulting product development projects
• Lead the assessment and execution of market-driven new products
• Collaborate with Marketing & Sales on product launches and promotional campaigns
• Own development of pricing & positioning strategies and analysis with Sales, Marketing and channel partners
• Deliver training rhythm on product, application and provide sales tools

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Education in business administration field or similar
• 3-7 years of professional experience within Dental area
• Ability to influence and drive projects to completion in a matrix business structure
• Understanding of Pricing, Marketing and Sales strategies
• P&L business acumen
• Ability to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment
• Creative, collaborative and prepared to take calculated risks
• Digital champion and data-savvy, good MS Office application
• Outstanding communication skills
• Business fluent in English and German
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
