Position Overview
We are seeking a Swiss-based, commercially driven, and customer-focused professional to lead downstream product activities, execute sales programs, and manage key account relationships. This role bridges product marketing, sales enablement, and customer success, playing a pivotal role in shaping go-to-market strategy, driving commercial initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with key customers. The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional environments and combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, including frequent collaboration with R&D and clinical teams. You will be working closely with our Chief Customer Success Officer and our US-based sales & customer onboarding team.
