What exactly you will do here:


Develop and implement a digital-first product strategy for personal loans - from ideation through development and launch to continuous optimization - ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations Create seamless, customer-centric digital experiences that drive efficiency, engagement, and growth Redesign onboarding and servicing processes to deliver frictionless, intuitive digital experiences across all touchpoints Use analytics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify pain points and opportunities for digital innovation Optimize credit decision workflows and integrate advanced automation to reduce turnaround times and improve accuracy Work closely with Risk, IT, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to deliver scalable digital solutions and ensure compliance

What we're looking for:


Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Banking, Digital Innovation, or related field Experience: 5-10 years in Product Management with proven expertise in digital transformation, ideally in lending or retail banking Competencies: Customer-Centric Mindset, Digital Innovation, Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking Skills: Strategic Thinking, Product Development, Process Optimization, Stakeholder Management
