Your Tasks

• Drive the product strategy and roadmap for our job ad publication funnel, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers and marketers, to deliver high-quality and user-centric product solutions.
• Understand users\\xe2\\x80\\x99 problems and needs. Turn them into relevant solutions.
• Assess product success in quantitative and qualitative analyses.

Your skills

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management roles covering digital products, ideally in marketplace and/or recruiting environments
• 3+ years of experience working in Agile environment
• Solution-oriented and strong analytical thinking skills combined with a desire to make fact-based decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and clients.
• A motivated self-starter who enjoys a challenge of identifying and driving success where the path is unclear
• Fluent in English; German and/or French is a plus
