Your new challenge

In this diverse and exciting role as a Product Owner, you will actively shape the further development of our central Digital Trust Services. You are the key link between strategy and implementation, translating the product vision into concrete requirements for our platforms in the areas of IdP, digital identity, signature, and verifiable credentials. In this position, you will play a crucial part in creating a secure and user-centered digital future for Switzerland and Europe.

An overview of your tasks

Product Delivery & Backlog Management

: Own and prioritize the product backlog. Translate the product roadmap from Product Managers into clear user stories and tasks for development teams

Agile Collaboration

: Act as the primary product authority in Agile/Scrum rituals (sprint planning, reviews). Collaborate with the Scrum Master to clarify requirements and accept completed work

Technical Solution Design

: Work with Architecture and Development teams to refine designs for platforms compliant with eIDAS and ZertES, including modern authentication like FIDO and passkeys

Stakeholder Engagement

: Serve as the central link between Development, Architecture, and Presales teams, ensuring alignment and providing technical insights

Industry Expertise

: Maintain knowledge of digital identity standards (W3C VCs, eIDAS, FIDO, OIDC) and contribute to SwissSign's role in European Large-Scale Pilots (LSPs)

What you bring along

2-3 years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in the field of Digital Identity, IAM, or Cybersecurity Experience in a regulated environment and a degree in Computer Science or Engineering are an advantage Solid understanding of IAM concepts (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, FIDO/Passkeys) as well as hands-on experience with Remote Signing (eIDAS, ZertES) and/or Verifiable Credentials Strong communication and facilitation skills Very good English skills (minimum C1 level) and German skills (at least B2 level) are mandatory. Knowledge of any other language is considered an advantage
