Summary
Take a key role in shaping Buhler's global Finance & Controlling. As an experienced Product Owner, you drive process and solution design on SAP S/4HANA, acting as integrator between Finance & Controlling and our agile teams. You continuously improve functionalities and push our Finance & Controlling landscape toward excellence.
Job Responsibilities

• You lead, with your global agile team, the development of end-to-end solutions for Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, and Travel Management
• You ensure continuous value delivery in a SAFe setup, with clear OKRs, measurable outcomes, and user feedback loops
• You collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and design value-adding solutions for Buhler
• You own and prioritize the Team Backlog, create user stories with clear acceptance criteria, embed non-functional requirements, and support PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt while ensuring compliance and security
• You advise business partners, enable valuable products and services, and manage the smooth handover and ongoing interface between solution development and operations

Qualifications

• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
• You bring several years as a Product Owner in Finance, with strong SAP FI/CO expertise and process/user-experience affinity
• You have proven team-leading or project-leading experience in agile environments (SAFe, backlog/requirements management, Azure DevOps)
• You are familiar with key agile events (e.g., Sprint Planning, PI Planning, System Demos) and ideally hold certifications such as SAFe POPM, PSPO, or CSPO
• You communicate clearly in English and German and know how to mobilize and align stakeholders without formal authority
