The Technology department ensures reliable, secure, scalable and cost-efficient delivery and operation of IT services across the entire SRG SSR value chain.

Your mission

As Product Owner of the Usage Data Platform (UDP), you are responsible for its ongoing development and stable operation in close collaboration with the national UDP development team. The UDP serves as the central platform for collecting, processing, and distributing usage data across the whole SRG SSR tracking all user-facing digital products, such as websites and mobile apps. It provides the foundation for data-driven decision-making across the organization and enables the development of data products that support personalized user experiences.

Identifying, developing, and designing requirements in close coordination with stakeholders and the development team Managing and prioritizing the backlog for efficient implementation of product development and ensuring alignment within the release for smooth, cross-team collaboration Proactive communication with stakeholders and the development team on product development and related topics Driving the evolution of the usage data platform and its data products by defining a clear product vision and roadmap, while ensuring high standards of data quality and reliability

Your profile

You have extensive experience in digital product development, preferably in the data or software sector, and are familiar with working in agile teams. Strong communication skills, a team player mindset, and the ability to convey technical content in a clear and target group-oriented manner; very good German and English skills Solution-oriented thinking, strong analytical skills, and the courage to make decisions Solid technical understanding and passion for data, enthusiasm for data analytics, business intelligence, and the development of modern data platforms
