Tasks
As a Product Owner Payment Apps UX, you will be responsible for driving the evolution and optimisation of our successful international banking products, with main focus on amnis web App and mobile App. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product vision, prioritize features, and ensure timely product development and delivery. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, analyzing user data, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to gain client insights. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in product specification and documentation, launch planning, and driving product adoption.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background as a product owner in the financial industry (payment, currency exchange and/or card area), UX design capabilities and project management skills.
Responsibilities
Product evolution: Define and prioritize product requirements and features based on market demands and internal requirements. Work closely with the relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and successful product development and delivery.
UI / UX designs: Create prototypes / designs (with figma) yourself in order to simplify internal and external communication. Occasionally you will also conduct user research yourself.
User-Centric Approach & Data Analysis: Monitor product adoption and performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Product Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation and product release notes.
Product Launch and Adoption: Plan and execute successful product launches, including go-to-market strategies, marketing collateral and enablement.
Requirements
5+ years proven experience in the financial industry as a Product Owner, UX Designer and / or in a similar role
Knowledge of UX design methods, experience with UI design and Figma
Experience with regard to web and mobile applications
Project management skills and experience
Technical knowledge of software development and web technologies
Team spirit and good communication abilities, good organizational skills

Main work location is Vaduz or Zurich. Possibility to work up to 40% homeoffice.
