Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

Drive sales performance and expand product and therapy adoption within your assigned territory Develop and execute account plans in close collaboration with the Leadership Team Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical and non-clinical hospital stakeholders, including interventional cardiologists, vascular surgeons, interventional angiologists and interventional radiologists, to support product adoption and sustainable business partnerships Deliver product training and communicate key product features, benefits, indications, contraindications (IFU), and supporting clinical evidence Provide technical and clinical support during medical procedures, offering real-time guidance to healthcare teams Support and coordinate clinical education activities within the territory, including product trainings, workshops, and medical roundtables Partner closely with the Clinical Education/Professional Education Specialist to deliver tailored educational programs based on customer needs Monitor market and customer trends to effectively position products and therapies Represent the company at regional, national, and international conferences and congresses, and educational events, maintaining industry knowledge and strengthening the brand presence Work closely with the Commercial team, aligning efforts and sharing insights to contribute to a positive, collaborative working environment and achieve common business objectives.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

+ Education: Bachelor's degree or/and successfully completed professional training in the commercial or paramedical field + Languages: fluency in French, English, both oral and written, German is a plus
+ Experience in a fast-paced organization with a quick and pragmatic decision making approach
+ At least 2 years of field specialist / sales experience in medical devices industry is preferred
+ Experienced in working within hospital and clinical environments
+ Strong negotiation skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Solution-based thinking and the ability to successfully implement the developed customer solutions
+ Analytical and goal-oriented approach with the ability to work on complex short-, medium- and long-term projects simultaneously
+ Must maintain professional competence, ethical integrity, knowledge, and skills
+ Ability to think out of the box and propose innovative solutions / approaches
+ Team player
+ Time management, efficiency, ability to meet deadlines
+ Willingness to travel
