Position \\n

The Product Supply Chain Manager will assume responsibility for a specific product portfolio within the Pentapharm business areas. \\n
\\n
They act as Supply Chain Business Partner for the commercial organization. They support Sales and Marketing and interact with external customers on demand and supply items, as well as on product life cycle management. \\n
As a Supply Planner, they create long and mid-term supply planning for intermediates and finished products and support short-term scheduling. \\n
\\n
The position reports to the Head of Supply Chain Management. \\n

Tasks & Responsibilities \\n

- \\n
- Support the commercial organization in engaging with external customers regarding demand and supply items\\n
- Coordinate internal and external cross-functional activities related to product life cycle management, particularly those associated with technical operations\\n
- Oversee internal artwork and labeling changes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, especially GMP and IVDR\\n
- Develop long and mid-term supply plans for intermediates and finished products\\n
- Supervise the availability of key externally sourced materials\\n
- Provide support to manufacturing operations by assisting with short-term scheduling\\n
- Monitor stock levels, generate internal reports & initiate sourcing for external materials\\n
- Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure a seamless supply to customers\\n
\\n
\\n
- \\n
- University degree preferably in pharmaceuticals, business engineering or business economics\\n
- Extensive experience in the supply chain of pharmaceutical, medical devices or cosmetics industry\\n
- Strong experience in demand and supply planning\\n
- Experience in compliance with pharmaceutical and medical device regulations\\n
- Know-how in working with ERP and planning IT systems\\n
- Own initiative, ability to work solution-oriented with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration\\n
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment\\n
- Excellent communication skills, open-mindedness, and attention to detail\\n
- Fluent in English and good command of German\\n
