Production Assistant

to start immediately or at a date to be agreed upon.


Your main tasks



Working in the Production department, the Production Assistant will support the Production Manager with the following responsibilities:supporting the verification and optimization of internal processes, introducing actions aimed at improvement and efficiency in both component production and packaging lines collaborating with the Industrialization department in monitoring and validating new processes, both in the event of changes and during the introduction of new products into production or packaging contributing to the analysis and resolution of quality issues in the manufacturing process coordinating maintenance activities, staff training, and continuous improvement projects ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards




Your profile

Federal Certificate of Competence as a Polymechanic AFC or equivalent qualification Several years of experience in a similar role and/or higher education (SSS or SUP technician) Solid knowledge of mechanics and manufacturing processes Good IT skills Reliability, autonomy, and analytical skills Good command of national languages
