Working in the Production department, the Production Assistant will support the Production Manager with the following responsibilities:
supporting the verification and optimization of internal processes, introducing actions aimed at improvement and efficiency in both component production and packaging lines
collaborating with the Industrialization department in monitoring and validating new processes, both in the event of changes and during the
introduction of new products into production or packaging
contributing to the analysis and resolution of quality issues in the manufacturing process
coordinating maintenance activities, staff training, and continuous improvement projects
ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
