For our customer, we are looking for a Production Expert_ Packaging Devices (m/f/d) to work shifts (Mon-Fri). The

Packaging Devices

division specializes in the assembly and packaging of pre-filled syringes and devices for the global market in compliance with the highest GMP standards. As

a Production Expert (m/f/d)

, you will be part of the production team and contribute to ensuring a smooth, GMP- and SHE-compliant packaging process.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Independent execution of packaging activities according to cGMP guidelines Operation and cleaning of production and inspection systems including IT systems (SAP, MES, OEE) Documentation of all relevant GMP activities and proactive reporting of deviations Carrying out in-process controls, sampling and material bookings Coordination and implementation of format changes together with the technical department Ensuring material availability (format parts, packaging materials, consumables) Active participation in the introduction and application of Lean Production Tools (LPS) Compliance with all safety regulations and active contribution to process optimization

Requirements:

Completed vocational training in a technical field or comparable Several years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging under GMP conditions Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP PM High technical understanding and structured, team-oriented working style Willingness to work in 2/3 shifts No criminal or operator entries
