Project:

For our client F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd., we are seeking a reliable and dedicated professional for the area of ??Material Supply in Drug Substance Manufacturing at their Basel site. In this role, you will ensure the smooth supply of materials to the highly automated production facilities through GMP-compliant cleaning, provision, and material management.

Your core responsibilities include GMP-compliant cleaning of small parts and mobile plant components, the preparation and autoclaving of production-relevant setups, the operation and monitoring of equipment, and documentation in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES). You will also support important ancillary processes such as sample management, cleaning verifications, and the timely delivery of ISO-compliant areas.

With your completed training as a chemical production technician or pharmaceutical technologist, your experience in a GMP-regulated environment, and your affinity for IT, you will make a significant contribution to ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Your meticulous, independent work style and your enjoyment of teamwork make you a valuable asset to the Material Management Chapter.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

GMP-compliant cleaning of small parts and mobile plant components GMP-compliant manufacturing and autoclaving for the production of important setups, starting, for example, from the cleaned small parts. Support with process-related activities, such as sample management or cleaning verifications. GMP-compliant documentation of workflows Operation and monitoring of systems; operation and electronic documentation in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Resolving issues within the area of ??responsibility Assistance with the maintenance and repair of systems and equipment Receiving and issuing goods of SAP batch-managed materials, as well as the shelf-life and visual inspection with appropriate measures. Timely delivery and cleaning of materials for the ISO area in accordance with GMP and MES specifications. Creation and provision of the shopping carts Waste disposal within the VS and cooperation with the site waste disposal company Management of various warehouses

Requirements:

Completed vocational training or similar; preferably chemical technician or pharmaceutical technologist Experiences with automated systems in a GMP environment IT affinity, MES knowledge Fluent German skills, both spoken and written. Quality and safety awareness Independent work and enjoyment of working in a team
