As a program manager, you are responsible for planning, reporting, implementing, and tracking projects and project-related tasks, as well as analyzing/reporting on project progress.

Your Tasks
Work closely with the CEO, cross-functional international teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
Work with other project managers and department heads to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
Contributing new ideas and developing processes, tools, and best practices in the PMO
Our Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or related field
5+ years' experience in strategic project/program management, ideally in a technology-oriented environment
Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
Ability to make quick and agile decisions and work efficiently to manage multiple projects with a sense of urgency
Proficient in Microsoft applications (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams)
3+ years ERP/CRM experience; Dynamics BC or MS Project preferred
Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills both in German and English
