Your Tasks


Deputising and assisting the ?Senior Programme Manager" in the successful execution of a major Government aviation project for a European customer Liaising with external and internal stakeholders to confirm requirements and ensure all parties are fully aware of the project requirements and objectives Assisting with the detailed planning of the project, communicating the plan to all stakeholders, managing risks and expediting progress to ensure deadlines are successfully achieved Organising, preparing for and leading customer meetings, acceptance events and internal program reviews Responsible for coordination of project-specific safety management and training activities Assisting the ?Senior Programme Manager" with all financial aspects of the project to ensure financial objectives are fulfilled

Experience within the aircraft industry, previous programme management, risk management or safety management experience is desirable but not essential Organisational skills and sense of responsibility Well-developed communication and reporting skills as well a willingness to make presentations and lead meetings Willingness and ability to travel abroad for extended periods, if required Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, knowledge of German, French or Flemish is highly desirable Self-motivation, conscientiousness, and commitment to independent and accurate work
