Step into a pivotal role at a global CMO and help shape the future of healthcare manufacturing.
Proclinical is seeking a Project Controller to support a key capital expenditure project. This role is a 1-year assignment with flexibility for part-time engagement (50-80% per month). While remote work is possible, a strong on-site presence in Switzerland, is preferred. The position focuses on cost reporting, cash forecasting, and cost rebookings, with some complexity due to the involvement of two legal entities. Collaboration with the project team and finance team on-site will be essential.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee cost reporting for the CAPEX project.
• Conduct cash forecasting to ensure accurate financial planning.
• Handle cost rebookings and address complexities involving multiple legal entities.
• Collaborate closely with the project team to align on financial objectives.
• Work with the finance team on-site to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial processes.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong expertise in project controls, particularly in CAPEX projects.
• Proficiency in cost reporting and cash forecasting.
• Experience managing financial complexities involving multiple legal entities.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
