For our Business Unit Tower Field Services (TFS) in Winterthur (Zurich area, Switzerland), we are looking for an experienced and dedicated n
Project Controller TFS (100%) n
Reporting to the responsible Head of Finance and Controlling, your main responsibility is to support the effective management, planning, implementation, reporting, and evaluation of project activities according commercial contracts, while assisting to keep project milestones deliverables on time and within the budget. n
Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities n
  • Conduct project controlling related activities and reporting for the commercial activities of the Tower Field Services business (Sales/Revenue, Margins, OPEX, FOREX exposure etc.)n
  • Supports budget, forecast and monthly closing process for the businessn
  • Analyze deviations between actual, rolling forecast and budget and be proactive in supporting Business Partners in creating plans to close identified gaps and implement improvementsn
  • Assess financial contracts / tender orders from a cost and risk perspectiven
  • Ensure adherence to cost calculation standards in pre-calculationn
  • Provide financial tools, monitors and controls capital expenditure spendn
  • Enforce internal controls that adhere to corporate policies and guidelines as well as local lawsn
  • Delivers effective, timely communication on all relevant issues to internal stakeholders

Your profile n
  • We expect a University degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Financen
  • 6-8 years of experience in Controlling, thereof minimum three years in an internationally acting matrix organization preferably in an engineering companyn
  • Excellent commercial awareness and deep business understandingn
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple improvement initiatives at once, very good project management skillsn
  • Highly developed skills in internal financial reporting, application of accounting principles, financial decision making and internal controln
  • Ability to be a Business Partner with commercial mindset to identify where improvements and cost savings can be maden
  • Very good communication and presentation skillsn
  • High integrity and good team playern
  • Excellent user skills and understanding of SAPn
  • Fluent English language
