Project Engineer (m/f/d)

to start immediately or by agreement.



As part of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out projects in the areas of production as well as facilities and infrastructure for our main customer

Accelleron Turbo Systems

(formerly ABB) in Baden, AG. In addition, you will support our Quality Department. Accelleron is a global leader in the development and manufacture of exhaust gas turbochargers.



At Quant Service in Baden, you will join a highly motivated and collegial team of around 30 employees who work as a maintenance team in various roles.

What are your responsibilities?

Supporting customer projects in production as well as in the facility and infrastructure areas at the site. This includes clarifying the feasibility of customer requirements and developing solutions together with internal and external partners. You will be significantly involved in or responsible for project implementation in all phases Supporting the setup and stabilization of services for existing and new customers as a service hub, also outside the site, within Switzerland and Europe Supporting the engineering and operations team with technical matters at the Baden site Being responsible for carrying out quality assurance activities related to audit preparation and execution, in close cooperation with the Quality Manager Supporting technical audits in production Proactive optimizations within the framework of continuous improvement processes Demonstrating and promoting a high standard of safety Supporting new customer investment projects

What do we expect from you?

Completed vocational training in a mechanical or electrical engineering field, with further education as a Technician HF; possibly a University of Applied Sciences (FH) engineer In-depth experience in project and quality management Independent, proactive working style with strong customer and service orientation Very good German skills, both written and spoken; good English skills Experience in a maintenance environment is desirable Flexibility and willingness to travel

Als Teil unseres Teams bist Du fur die Durchfuhrung von Projekt-Arbeiten in den Bereichen Produktion, Facility und Infrastruktur unseres Hauptkunden Accelleron Turbo Systems (ehemals ABB) in Baden AG zustandig. Accelleron ist ein weltweit fuhrendes Unternehmen in der Entwicklung sowie Herstellung von Abgasturboladern.



Bei Quant Service in Baden triffst Du auf ein hochmotiviertes und kollegiales Team von ca. 30 Mitarbeitenden, die als Unterhaltsteam in verschiedenen Funktionen tatig sind.

Was sind Deine Verantwortlichkeiten?

Hands-on Umsetzung von technischen Projekten in den Bereichen Produktion, Facility und Infrastruktur am Standort Baden Du unterstutzt die Klarung der Machbarkeit von Kundenanforderungen und entwickelst Losungen zusammen mit internen und externen Partnern Durchfuhren von Reparaturen und Wartungen an CNC gesteuerten Werkzeugmaschinen und diversen Anlagen bei Kunden in der Schweiz und Europa Unterstutzung des Instandhaltungs- und Engineering-Teams als vielseitiger Allrounder Proaktive Optimierungen im Rahmen vom kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess Vorleben und fordern eines hohen Sicherheitsstandards

Was erwarten wir von Dir?

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im mechanischen oder elektrotechnischen Bereich Weiterbildung zum Instandhaltungsfachmann von Vorteil*
Mehrjahrige Erfahrung im Instandhaltungs- und Service-Umfeld von Vorteil Selbstandige, proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Schweiz und Europa
