The Project Finance Controller will be responsible for project finance management, project budget management, project forecast, AR management etc. Will provide professional advice on finance domain to sales and commercial department to meet external compliance requirement for new projects.
Main Responsibilities:

• Focus more on analysing the overall finance environment of the country and Customer insight, through analysing customer's financial reports, identify pain points/opportunities of customers' operations, support business strategic planning and customer lead value analysis;

• Design and review the finance solutions for new projects to comply with external requirements and support business project success;

• Project budget management: prepare the annual budget, routine manage the budget utilization status, identify the opportunity to save cost or increase profit;

• Meet with customers/ subcontractors to better support business team achieve the target, manage AR (accounts receivable), responsible for AR reconciliation with customer.

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting , Economic or Finance;

• Fluent in English and German (written & verbal);

• Strong communication skills and open mind. Ability to work under pressure and keen to meet deadlines;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
