QC Project Lead
Summary
As a QC Project Leader at our client's Visp site, you will act as the single point of contact representing Quality Control (QC) within cross-functional project teams. You will coordinate closely with production, QA, MSAT, engineering, and external customers to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and in compliance with GMP standards. Your strong communication and organizational skills will help align stakeholders and drive strategic project success.
Key Duties

• Act as the main QC representative and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Prepare and oversee production campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
• Manage and process change requests and deviations in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Support and oversee customer audits as well as inspections by regulatory authorities.
• Calculate and monitor QC-related project costs, ensuring budget adherence.

Must-Haves

• Master's degree or PhD in natural sciences (biology, biochemistry, or pharmaceutical sciences).
• Previous experience in GMP environments and quality control is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
• Proficiency in common software applications (MS Office); knowledge of specialized systems (e.g., Documentum, LIMS, Trackwise) is a bonus.
• Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic, cross-functional teams.
