Project Leader Ukraine Expansion (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Expand and develop our location in Ukraine Strengthening the team Train the local team in close collaboration with our locations in Switzerland and Germany Align and manage relationships with our local suppliers in Ukraine Coordinate and align with our clients Manage cooperation with authorities, logistics partners, and service providers Initially based in Tagerwilen (Switzerland) for the first months As the project evolves, the role will relocate to Ukraine Potential to transition into a management role over time

Your profile:

Degree in mechanical engineering or a related field; an additional management or busi-ness administration degree is an asset Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop employees Experience in the railway industry is an advantage Strong communication skills in Ukrainian and English; German language skills are a plus Strong analytical and project management skills
