Job Description

Project / Role:

As part of the strategic in-house development of a new version of a software application, our

client is looking for an experienced external project manager (924330WS) to initialize and optionally implement this

security-relevant core system.

Tasks:

- Management of the project initialization according to HERMES 2022 (agile)

- Requirements elicitation, process analysis and story mapping (together with Lead BA)

- Planning the subsequent phases (releases, team structure, architecture)

- Development of decision bases and preparations for implementation

- Overall responsibility for project management in the implementation phase (optional)

- Leading the implementation team in close cooperation with the PO and the development team

- Ensuring documentation and delivery of results in English

- Final report and handover to operations

Requirements:

- Several years of experience in managing complex, agile IT projects in the federal administration

- Sound knowledge of the HERMES methodology (certified or proven in reference projects)

- Knowledge of process analysis, requirements management and system migration

- Familiar with the topics of data protection, IT security and federal interface architecture

- Excellent communication skills in English and good knowledge of German and French
