POSITION SUMMARY & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a Project Manager who will partner with leaders in sales and human resources (HR) consulting to ensure that a project is planned, implemented, and executed in a manner that meets and exceeds client and internal expectations. This key role generally involves delivering tailored and customized HR solutions and professional services for mid- to large scale projects to a wide variety of local and global clients. The ideal candidate will have project management experience in the Business or HR Consulting arena.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing various events within our Assessment & Succession business such as workshops, and seminars. They will also handle general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, managing calendars, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Define Scope, Timelines/Schedules, Risks, Resources, Quality for new engagements sold by Partners of Korn Ferry
  • Manage projects according to PMI principles such as chartering, stakeholder mapping and management, work breakdown structures, critical paths, highlighting scope creep, orchestrating \\\'after action reviews\\\'
  • Attending launch meetings and kick off calls taking minutes of discussed items, steering meetings and keeping timelines, deliverables, accountabilities in check.
  • Scheduling briefing calls, launching psychometrics, arranging interviews, feedback, debriefs, adapting success profiles, proofreading, and quality check of reports, ensuring SLAs are being met.
  • Liaising with stakeholders, internal and external ones, keeping candidates, clients, assessors aligned on objectives and key targets.
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of events such as workshops, and seminars, including budget, venue selection, catering, logistics, marketing, and follow-up.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and inventory management.
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for meetings and events.
  • Maintain and update the company\\\'s databases and filing systems.
  • Handle other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Native German or near native level and fluency in English
  • Experience in budgeting, planning, and executing successful events.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor\\\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years professional experience in a corporate setting.
  • Must be able to work with little supervision, be detail-oriented, flexible in terms of hours and responsibilities as work requires, and able to organize multiple priorities and work deadlines (in accordance with local employment laws). Strong project coordination skills.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to work with senior level executives.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint with the ability to learn challenging internal software programs.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Financial Acumen.
