Job Description
Are you ready to lead transformative ERP projects in a fast-growing, innovation-driven environment? We're expanding our Dynamics 365 capabilities across Switzerland and looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive success with our local and international clients.
YOUR TASKS
Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions. Collaborate with clients to understand their business strategy and translate it into actionable ERP solutions. Guide and support your project team through all phases of delivery. Ensure alignment between client needs and technical execution across functional areas. Anticipate project milestones and proactively shape delivery plans. Champion change management and build trusted advisor relationships. Contribute to pre-sales activities with your strategic insights and expertise.

YOUR PROFILE
University degree or equivalent. 8+ years of experience managing ERP projects in IT services. Proven track record leading large ERP teams (6+ people). Deep understanding of ERP systems--bonus if you know Dynamics 365 FO, BC, Finance, SCM, or Professional Services. Strong communicator with a client-first mindset. Fluent in French and English (German is a plus). * Enthusiastic, flexible, and collaborative by nature.
