Our client, an international company specialized in the manufacturing industry, located in the area of Zug, is currently looking for a motivated, driven and detail oriented \"Project Manager ESG\" (m/f) to start as soon as possible.

Description du poste :

• Manage the portfolio of projects set under the scope of Sustainability Strategy
• Monitor programs and projects end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
• Support the elaboration of ESG KPI reporting tools and processes
• Regularly perform a sustainability risk assessment to inform the strategy.
• Maintain clear and transparent communication channels among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management
• Report progress and insights to key stakeholders and provide input to the Sustainability and Communication team on ad-hoc requests.
• Support Sustainability committee activities, including organizing meetings
• Develop cohesion within the community of experts and projects being implemented globally aligned with the internal strategies
• Drive sustainability projects for a range of topics in collaboration with Global sustainability experts, as per needs

Description du profil :

• Strong educational background (Bachelor and master\\\'s degree with specialization in economics, procurement, supply chain or similar)
• Solid work experience within the field of ESG
• Proven track record in managing a portfolio of projects
• Sound finance and business acumen, strong communication, team-player
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess the desire and curiosity to understand emerging trends.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills while having a hands-on mentality and attention to details
• Global perspective and international experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English
