Project:

We are seeking an experienced project manager for our client in the real estate project sector. The focus is on assuming project management and developing an overall concept while taking legal and urban development requirements into account. Starting in October 2025.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Project management and development: Taking over project management from the planning phase or from the target image (depending on the project status)
Development of an overall concept: Development of a sustainable overall concept for the property that integrates functional requirements, sustainability, brand identity and urban development aspects
Procurement and management of external partners: Procurement of partners for project planning and implementation (e.g., architects, engineers, specialist planners). Management and coordination of external partners during project planning and implementation.
Project planning and implementation: Management of the project planning phase and ensuring compliance with time, cost, and quality specifications. Management of the implementation phase through to the creation of the decision-making basis and preparation for approval.
Stakeholder management: Close cooperation with internal departments (e.g. real estate management, sustainability, corporate strategy, controlling, communication)
Involvement and management of third parties: If necessary, involvement of specialized third parties (e.g., for legal, technical, or urban planning issues) in consultation with the client. Management and coordination of these external experts Regular reporting

Requirements:

Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, real estate management or a comparable field
Proven experience in project development, particularly in corporate real estate and complex real estate projects
Sound knowledge of project management: Managing projects with multiple stakeholders and complex dependencies
Real estate development: Experience in the conception and implementation of real estate projects, including feasibility studies and test planning
Corporate Real Estate: Understanding the requirements of corporate real estate, particularly with regard to space efficiency, working environments and ESG criteria
Sustainability: Integration of ESG criteria (environmental, social, governance) and sustainable principles into real estate projects
Urban development: Experience in considering urban development requirements and in collaborating with authorities and political processes in the context of project developments
