Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Tunneling Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various tunnelling projects across Switzerland. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage tunnelling projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on tunnelling methodologies, construction techniques, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and deliver project reports, presentations, and documentation to clients and senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing tunnelling projects, preferably within the Swiss construction industry.
• Strong understanding of tunnelling techniques, ground conditions, and geotechnical engineering principles.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize work.
• Proficiency in German language is required, along with fluency in English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
