We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled

Project & Operations Lead to the CEO

. This is a unique position designed for a highly intelligent and ambitious individual with a strong background in business, law, or accounting. This is not a traditional administrative role. It is an accelerated learning track alongside a powerful CEO, with daily exposure to strategy, structures, contracts, expansions, and real decision-making at the highest level. This pivotal role will be the daily support to our visionary leader in driving the company's global mission. The position combines high-level executive assistance with projects daily coordination, ensuring seamless operations. This role requires a highly adaptable, energetic, and results-driven professional who can translate the CEO's rapid, dynamic flow of information into clear actions and deliverables. The position involves frequent travel (up to 10 days per month across mainly two destinations), full discretion, and the ability to operate calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Key Responsibilities



To receive the CEO's ideas, vision, and instructions -- and transform them into organised, structured, and executable reality.

Manage the CEO's agenda, priorities, communications, and workflow.

Provide high-level support to the CEO, managing complex schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence with precision and discretion.
Convert information; received by message, voice note, email, or in person; into actionable tasks with clear execution. Ensure follow?ups, deadlines, and deliverables are met.

Coordinate the CEO's personal agenda, including family office-style responsibilities such as managing personal appointments and travel, ensuring a balanced and seamless integration of personal and professional commitments. Acting as an extension of the CEO's mind in business, legal, and strategic matters Act as a trusted liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners, including high-profile collaborators. Coordinate and prepare for meetings, presentations, and strategic initiatives, ensuring flawless execution and follow-up. Prepare reports, summaries, meeting notes, and business documents. Draft and edit documents, emails, and presentations in English and French. Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and maintain a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges. Support the CEO during international travel, attending key meetings and events as required. Drive and contribute to projects, including those tied to our global expansion, brand partnerships and philanthropy.

Language Proficiency:

Fluent in English (mandatory); fluency in French and Hebrew is highly desirable.

Adaptability & Exceptional Organizational Skills:

The ideal candidate is someone who is not affected by last-minute changes, shifting priorities, or adjustments to the daily schedule. The CEO's priorities can evolve overnight or even within the same day depending on operational needs. The person must therefore remain fully flexible, calm, and solution-oriented Ability to manage multiple priorities, both professional and personal, with precision, discretion, and a proactive attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
