We are seeking an experienced

Project Planner / Scheduler, German speaker (m/f/x)

ABOUT THE JOB:

Develop and maintain detailed, robust, and reliable project schedules. Utilize scheduling tools such as MS Project, SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint to support planning activities. Integrate schedule data from multiple sources including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning teams, vendors, and contractors into a master schedule. Monitor and report project progress, highlighting deviations and bottlenecks in the baseline schedule. Prepare scheduling inputs for monthly project reports, KPIs, trackers, and stakeholder presentations. Support the change management process and assess impact on schedule and cost Attend project team meetings to review progress, issues, and schedule risks. Foster strong working relationships across teams and disciplines

ABOUT YOU:

Minimum 5 years' experience in project planning/scheduling, ideally within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry. Work with specialists to plan maintenance shutdowns in the pharmaceutical sector Experience with MS Excel and SAP Expertise in Microsoft Project, SAP and advanced Excel skills are required. Fluent in English and in German. Experience supporting Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) is a plus.
